Avoid using Google Analytics on your WordPress Mage sites for statistical analysis information.  There are some other great plugins that you can use instead for the SAME information.

Personally, Our favorite is NewStatPress.

Be picky about using those Webmaster tools for WordPress Mage Sites. Staying as loosely associated to Google red flags is important in that your sites and your work get less attention in the de-indexing department that way.  Have you heard the term, "Guilty by Association?"

In our experience we originally posted Amazon and adsense links on the same page/post.  We have since seen that it is better to do either one or the other, but not both and are trying to remedy those things right now.

Take some time to make your home page look good.  Take off affiliate links and feeds on that main page.  Use a static page instead, or use just a good content post with great pictures.

Try to use a private hosting company if you can.

WordPress Mage is for serious people who want to own a business and see passive income coming in.  If you are doing something that doesn't work – STOP immediately (as quickly as possible) and do something different instead.

Test your sites to see what works best and rinse and repeat that for your other sites.
